On March 14, 1991 (29 years ago today), Whitney commenced her I’m Your Baby Tonight World Tour in support of her album of the same name. The tour played two dates in Japan (Yokohama on March 14 and 15) and then went on to the U.S. and Europe, with a total of 96 shows worldwide. On this tour, Whitney and crew expanded the use of elaborate lighting and stage effects.
