Today is the 25th anniversary of Whitney’s performance at VH1 Divas Live/99, held at the Beacon Theatre in New York City and featuring Whitney, along with such artists as Cher, Tina Turner, Chaka Khan, Brandy, Elton John (!) and more. The evening benefited the Save The Music Foundation and was later released as an album and DVD. Here is Whitney’s performance of “It’s Not Right But It’s Okay” from that night.
