E! Online has put together a list of the best moments from the 2012 Billboard Music Awards and it’s no surprise that the tribute to Whitney Houston received high praise. Jordin Sparks’ and John Legend’s performance was named the Best Moment of the Nightand Bobbi Kristina’s acceptance of the Millennium Award in her mother’s honor was named Most Touching Speech.
