Due to doctor’s orders, Whitney Houston has been advised to postpone her April 6th concert in Paris, France at the Omnisport Bercy, which will now be rescheduled for June 1 at the same venue.
“Whitney is suffering from an upper respiratory infection and after a consultation with her doctors has been advised to postpone her performance. Whitney was excited to open her European tour in Paris and deeply regrets having been forced to postpone the show. Whitney and her band apologize that the show has to be rescheduled on such short notice. The tour will resume as scheduled in Manchester, England on April 8th.
After a critically acclaimed new album, I Look to You, which recently went double-platinum, and a successful tour in Asia and Australia, Paris was to be the first stop on Whitney’s European tour.
